This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website, and TR Doctors Platform, operated by Dr Razvan Vasilas Unipessoal LDA. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 4 to 11 and 15 to 25 of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. Clauses 3 and 12 to 14 apply only to the sale of Services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer. Your order constitutes a contractual offer which we may accept or reject. Acceptance is deemed to occur when we send you a confirmation email indicating that your order has been accepted.

Violation of account sharing rules results in immediate termination without refund.

  • A binding contract begins only when we email confirmation.
  • If an order cannot be processed, payment will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

14.1 EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period unless digital access begins immediately.

14.2 If you request immediate access, you waive your right to cancel.

14.3 After access is granted, all sales are final.

You agree that you will NOT:

take screenshots

share login details

download content by technical means

mirror the site

host or store TR Doctors content anywhere else

provide training based on TR Doctors content

publish or resell any part of the material

stream our content over Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp or similar platforms

Penalties

Violation may result in:

immediate account termination

permanent blacklist

invoicing for damages

legal action

copyright enforcement claims

reimbursement of legal fees

Automated Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

use IP tracking

device fingerprinting

login geolocation checks

session monitoring

automated flags for suspicious behaviour
